feedback looping is a process central to human existence.

it is not common to be consistently consciously aware of this circuitry psychologically, energetically, or conceptually.

psychosexual dynamics are one of the main systems human beings struggle with.

a cursory representative analysis might looks like this:

-adequate sexual energy builds up

-conceptual choice or idealistic viewing becomes influenced by hormones and neurotransmitter stimulation as well as by informational streams of social identity architecture and programming filtered thru self-knowledge/awareness

-sub processes generate an alteration of local brain region blow flow and hemispheric connectivity rerouting blood/energy/consciousness toward more of an animal brain or lower order activity.

-thought upon the use of the sexual energy further induces rerouting.

-the individual is prone to either masturbate (A) to visualizations (mental-emotive connection) or seeks out a counterpart to generate a unified current (B).

in case A the individual diffuses energy in case B the individual conjoins energy with another and is effected by the consciousness/energy of that individual which results in a series of changes in both directions.

Selflooping is energetic loss
otherlooping can generate gain(s) or extreme loss, and always induces change

psychosocial programming is such that selflooping is considered both natural and negative conceivably due to the heightened objectification or psychological isolation and the compounding effects that such a broken loop engenders

otherlooping is considered natural within an undisclosed parameter. otherlooping is more likely to lead to creating ideation, addiction, mental confusion, & violence yet it is not viewed with perceptible caution save for by religious/spiritual sources.

a free being would seek to comprehend and control the flows of energy/consciousness within itself. this is not encouraged, discussed at length, or in detail by any source. presumably because sources that indicate the potential of control do so by methods of severity and outright abandonment of societal connection rather mastering such issues through developing methodological awesomeness or because there is a level of "freedom" given to individuals to decide "what is best for them" despite that only options a and b are given rather than options a b c d e f and so on. This second facet is due to ignorance and/or for purposes of control.

it is without question that you have failed. if you are a male or female with a terrible father figure you have likely failed miserably. do something about it

-comprehend the development of childhood attachment methods and the psychological contributions such methods generated
-disallow exterior sources to direct your consciousness via sexual advertising breadcrumbs
- utilize breathwork/visualizations to consciously move the energy
-masturbate without imagery in mind and do not closely approximate ejaculation
